I agree with you wholeheartedly and the law was passed before I was
elected last year. I personally feel the law should not have been passed in
the 1st place because of my strong belief in civil liberties, but I wasn't
there to fight it and will if I have my way, the law will be repealed. If,
the votes aren't enough for repeal, I'll vote that the total costs are
covered by the state.
